Chiftele de dovleceii cu frunze de sfecla












Ingrediente:

  •  4 dovlecei
  • Usturoi verde
  • Ceapa verde
  • 50g de faina 
  • 4 oua, batuta
  • 1 mana de frunze de sfecla rosie
  • 1 mana frunze de patrunjel coriandru, taiate
  • 1-2 linguri ulei de masline
  • Ulei pentru fript 
  • Sare si piper


Mod de preparare:

Dovleceii se spala si se dau pe razatoarea mare sau in robot, se storc bine din apa si se amesteca cu usturoi verde si ceapa verde taiate marunt , se adauga frunze de sfecla taiata , patrunjel coriandru, ouale si faina, ulei de masline , se asezoneaza dupa gust.






























Se formeaza chiftelute din amestecul de dovlecei cu ajutorul unei linguri si se pun in tigaie cu ulei incins ,Se prajesc cate 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte la temperatura medie, Se servesc calde cu feliile de lamaie.

hello Nawal, where did you found beetroot leafs? in supermarkets ?
A few minutes ago I finished my first gazpacho (a verry healthy salad - soup, a spanish one), it's made without fire, so with a lot of vitamins

Hi vlad,
i love soups and salads. my in laws have beetroot leaves in the garden , love them they taste exactly like spinach and they have a lot of vitamins on them my mother in law start to like them also i made them for her kind of risotto hmmm delicious..but try to use only young leaves :)
