Ingrediente:
aluat:
- 150g unt
- 125g ciocolata amaruie
- 3 oua
- 375 zahar
- 1 zahar vaniliat
- 125g faina
- 30g cacao
- 300g pere compot
- 250g branza de vaci proaspata
- 100g zahar pudra
- 1 plic gelatina
- 100g smantana dulce
- o pere prospata
- 50g zahar
- 30g unt
Pe baie de abur se pune unt si ciocolata, separat se bate ouale cu zahar,zahar vaniliat, se pune peste amestec de ciocolata, adaugam faine si cacaoa si amestecam bine cu mixerul, se pune aluatul in tava unsa si se coace la 180 ° C pentru 35-40 min. intre timp pregatim crema.
pentru crema :
In mixerul se pune pere se mixeaza bine pana cand se devine puree se adauga branza de vaci ,zaharul si se amesteca pana omogenizare .Punem gelatina la dizolvat in 100 ml apa rece si o lasam cateva minute sa se umfle. punem la incalzit smantana dulce( nu se fierbe). Luam smantana de pe foc si turnam in el gelatina, se adauga gelatina cu smantana peste compozitia de pere, si turnam totul peste blat si dam la frigider.
pentru garnitura:
intro-oala din teflon punem unt se topeste , pere proaspata se taie felii subtire si se pune peste unt ,adaugam si zahar si se lasa pe foc mic se caramelizeaza.se aranjeaza peste prajitura si se pune inapoi in frigider pentru cateva ora sau peste noapte.

Intresting recipe, I must try to make it this month, unfortunatly I have some bussy days at work, on the next flor (second flor) it will be another restaurant and we will prepare the food for that one too :D it will be so bussy :))) but I learn every day new things from the Chef, and this is important.

I'm glad to hear you, unfortunatly long time no see.
